How do you price your shoots?
We price by Image Count. Our basic shoot that includes 30 MLS
Photos, 2D Floor plan and Aerial images is just $275. Compared to our competitors who charge between $250-$300 for only interior and there are some companies include aerial for that price. We offer the best bang for your buck!
How do I book a shoot?
Simply click a booking link and you let us know what you need done and give us typically 3-5 days and times that will work best for you! We will get back with you with when we can work you in!
Do you sub contract out your drone work?
No, We handle all of our Drone work in house by Federally Licensed UAS Pilots! We are a one stop shop!
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans will be accepted on wedding videography packages only.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most of the turnaround times are between one to three business days, depending on how many images or how long the video is, We have expedited services included with every shoot! If your photos are ready before then we send them out as soon as they are done!
Do your photos work with MLS?
Yes! All of our Real Estate work is formatted to MLS Standards to make uploading easy!
What payment methods are available?
I accept, Venmo, Cashapp, ApplePay, Cash, Check, and ACH Bank Transfer. Cards can be taken with an additional fee.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! I offer a 10% discount to all clients that send referrals!
How far do I need to book in advance?
Most shoots for Real Estate are booked 3-5 days out. If you know you're going to have a listing coming out, best book the day of or before they sign!
For Weddings, it is suggested to book at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability!
Do you require a deposit?
For new clients we do! For most of my repeat clients, no deposit or payment is made until the shoot is completed and payment is made before delivery!
